the penny on how you drive it. i am not one that has bought american but in the recent the economy and improvement in quality i am willing to put my teenage years behind me and say american cars are good. >> america is back! >> in september apple at problems with phone supplies. >> apple had a really good year last year overall. >> is a big pullback from its all-time highs. the question is does it break away of microsoft and h-p and become old tired technology company that cannot read and then to itself? or with $100 billion in cash today build more to users to look for value. is this just a blip? the big story is the cutting iphone orders and that is not a big story. they had problems with their maps, they're no longer cool to teenagers. in 10 to 15 years do i think this will be a microsoft? i do a i don't think they will age gracefully. they have a good product at this point in time but not a great product. they need to improve their services and their software. the stock has gone sideways h-p it is up and their numbers for computers sold. everyone tries to play this game and gav

the economy was it down it would be difficult for things to provide those perks, outings, breakfast, lunch. was that difficult? >> we have a partnership with " to go green ". and to listen to all our employees what should we be spending our money on. it often came to things like day today process where if somebody can go out in the community and to donate their time and we will be giving them a day they pay. that does not cost us much but it's got great feedback. so, a lot of it is listening >> susan, i was wondering if this could be the thing that you were looking for as far as criteria from your employees. >> absolutely. we look of the best companies. we listen to what the employees to say and will listen to what the company says. really, what is important for the company and the performance is the people. that balance is very important we have extraordinary companies. like dreamworks. they have amazing practices it is about keeping and hiring great people. >> and tell us a little bit about the business culture has changed. over the past several years were workers are trying to adapt. >>
